➤ Points Accumulation Rules

- General Member: 1 point for every NT$200 spent
- VIP Member: 1 point for every NT$125 spent
- SSVIP Member: 1 point for every NT$100 spent
➤ Points Redemption Rules

- 1 point = NT$1
- Points can be used to offset up to 10% of the total order amount
- Points earned from regular purchases are valid for 1 year
- Validity of promotional or bonus points is subject to campaign-specific rules

- When redeeming points, members must provide the phone number used during registration. TILL BASE is not responsible for any misuse of points due to account sharing.

𓇼 Birthday Shopping Credit 𓇼

- Shopping credit can be used to offset up to 25% of the order amount.
- Birthday shopping credit is issued based on membership tier (General: 100 / VIP: 500 / SSVIP: 1,000) and will be distributed uniformly on the 1st day of the birthday month.
- Shopping credit is non-transferable, non-redeemable for cash, and limited to use by the account holder only.
- Shopping credit must be used within 30 days of issuance; expired credit will automatically become invalid.
- If an order is canceled or returned, any used shopping credit will be reclaimed according to policy and will not be reissued.
- The use of shopping credit in combination with other promotions (such as discount codes) is subject to the instructions shown on the checkout page.
- TILL BASE reserves the right to adjust the issuance and usage rules of shopping credit.
